Kids these days just don’t want to eat the right food. Parents need to set strict rules like the school emergency guidelines for their kids to have the right eating habits.

Lets check out one such vegetable that will do your body a world of good. Broccoli!

Research has turned out interesting results on Broccoli, and it has been found that it helps reverse the damage which is caused by diabetes to the blood vessels.

We have earlier also come across research papers and news articles which tells us that Broccoli is good for heart patients and also that it helps ’stop’ prostate cancer.

The trick in Broccoli is sulforaphane which is present that helps to reduce the risks of vascular diseases in diabetes.
